Considering supporting when needeing the most the insurance
I’ve been happy with my coverage in previous years, which is why I’ve stayed with your company. However, this year I noticed several changes that have been difficult for me: my deductible has doubled, my coverage has decreased, and my monthly premium continues to increase. I completely understand that adjustments can happen over time, but experiencing all of these changes at once has been challenging—especially at a time when I may need my insurance the most. It’s left me feeling concerned about whether my current plan is still the best fit. I would really appreciate it if you could review my policy and let me know if there are any options to improve my coverage or adjust the costs. I value the relationship I’ve had with your company and would prefer to continue with a plan that feels more balanced and supportive. Thank you very much for your time and assistance. BEST Decision I’ve made for my pet
I couldn’t be more happy with my decision to insure my pet with trupanion! I am more than impressed with the care and coverage. It was the BEST decision I’ve ever made for my dog and I felt so comforted knowing I had trupanion by my side through my recent emergency. I recommend everyone to insure their pets with trupanion. The service was unmatched. They handled my care and claims immediately. Within minutes I had financial assistance that was covered on the spot. It really helped me make the decisions I wanted to to help my dog and keep me in a good place. I was considering only having trupaion for my dog through his puppy stage, but I’m so impressed I will keep it for life now!

Completely awful company
Completely awful company. I was a customer for less than a year, had my two german shepherds insured, been paid $0 in claims (submitted two that were denied) and was sent a letter than my rates were increasing by 40% without any logical explanation. When I emailed customer service I got a note back that said "We are sorry you are unhappy!" To move forward with cancellation we need account info. No justification or apologies for the increase, just a generic email. Terrible and would never recommend them to anyone.
