Unlikely to renew or recommend.
Inconsistent application and explanation of deductibles during claims and pre-estimate process, including application of when an expense item qualifies as an non-claimable "exam fees" or not. What's sold as 90% on all conditions coverage has a huge caveat that the underlining cause has to be the same and all accidents are treated as individual, unrelated incidents even if result in same condition. Condition eligible for 90% has to be chronic. All news to me 4 years later with no claims paid out.

The claim was well handled and very fair. Only concern I have is we pay $249.00 per month for the two dogs we have. The claim we had was paid $549.00 out of just over $700.00 bill from the vet. That is fair. Have not had any other claims for a long time but still pay $249.00 every month. Very high

Claims processing/calculation are well explained and reimbursement is quick. I actually received the reimbursed funds before I received my signed green Certified Mail Return Receipt Card.
