I had never even called Trupanion to ask questions about claims. Then our wonderful Brinkley had a congestive heart failure episode. It took a little longer for my claim to be approved than I expected, since I had already got pre-approved before the surgery. But overall, trupanion has great customer service and is efficient and clear. There's no hidden surprises and always someone available to walk you through the process.
