The coverage that Trupanion offers is undoubtedly the best in the market and correspondingly the price is higher compared to their competitors. Because of that I had high expectations for their customer service which Anica went over and beyond! Trupanion has been simple to process claims through and has always been very timely. I used to think pet insurance was a crazy thing to have, but I love my dogs immensely and when the unexpected things pop up (as they always will) it is comforting to know we are covered.
