So far it's been a really positive experience.
So far it's been a really positive experience. We're very happy we got insurance as our dog ended up having seizures. Our other dogs never had any major issues, so we weren't sure if it was necessary, but certainly glad we went with Trupanion. On the few times we needed to call, the people answering have always been friendly, empathetic and typically resolved things quickly.
