So happy with Prudent Pet
Patricia and Monica were both extremely helpful over phone and email. I underestimated how important good customer service would be when finding a pet insurance policy, but it’s great to know that in the future I’ll always be able to contact someone for help when I need it.

Healthy Paws is the best!
Our 2 year old French Bulldog, Lucy, has had a tough 2020-2021 Winter, - hospitalized for aspiration pneumonia, then brachycephalic surgery and an endoscopy. It's been very nerve-wracking and worrisome for us as her owners! Fortunately we have her covered by Healthy Paws and so the financial aspect of the mounting veterinary bills was one thing we did not have to worry about. I can't say enough good things about Healthy Paws!! Their website is very easy to navigate and claims are processed efficiently and checks sent quickly. I have complete confidence in Healthy Paws and highly recommend them to any pet owner!

Our highly energetic puppy Balto suddenly got very sick and began throwing up everyday. After seeing he threw up blood, we immediately rushed him into the ER-VET where they ran a series of blood tests and diagnostics then put him on medication. After the 10 days he was still vomiting, so he needed an ultrasound. Luckily - It turned out to be something he ate in the yard and wasn't anything serious. He is live and well today. On top of the stress of worrying, we faced large unexpected vet bills each time. Pets Best reimbursed us 90% of the fees in just a matter of weeks. It was a wonderful, top rated experience. It was so easy to file a claim off my own phone and received full reimbursement in direct deposit in no time. I'm so grateful for having this insurance to cover our fees - Thank you Pets Best for taking great care of us! 5 Star Rating!

Worse Service keep asking all the time records and delays paying claims
We sent all the information they asking for...and still delaying our claim saying still missing information it have been three weeks ..spoke with them 3 times not results...terrible company

Trupanion is the BEST!
I am so happy that I decided to choose Trupanion because 1) the claim process is easy, 2) customer service employees are TRULY one of the friendliest, anywhere! 3) claims are, fair and prompt. I have had Trupanion for 3 pets (approximately 10 years now) and I recommend it to family, friends and Veterinarians. I was not paid to write this review.

Healthy Paws is the best protection for your pet
Healthy Paws has been such a blessing. I loved having a piece of mind that if anything was to happen I would have help. Recently my puppy had to have a major surgery and while dealing with fear of having her go through that I was lucky to have a piece of mind that I will have a financial help I need to pay for her medical needs. Filing a claim with Healthy Paws is the easiest thing in the world - scan the receipt, send it in and within few days you get the email with the reimbursement information and if you have a direct deposit you get the money right away. They are so sweet too, they emailed me few times during the next month to check on my puppy to make sure she was doing ok. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws. Please consider getting this protection for your best friend, trust me in that moment when you have so much to deal with last thing you want to worry about is if you will be able to afford medical care for your pet.

My Theo had to have leg surgery and…
My Theo had to have leg surgery and back surgery. Without Trupanion, i don't know how i would of afforded both surgeries. Thanks to Trupanion and Theo's surgery team, i have my boy healthy and happy.
