Breach of contract
My policy specifically stated in two different locations that I could pay annually to avoid the monthly service fees. However, when I called, I was told that they see that option in my contract but they cannot accept annual payments. If they can’t comply with contract terms for something as simple as payment. I cannot trust they will comply with other terms. Now they are trying to short my refund.

Best Pet Insurance Ever
I always recommend Embrace insurance to pet owners. My friend was here the day I was submitting some claim documents, a week later I told her the claim was paid and she was shocked. I have never had a problem getting my claims paid. For the first 2 1/2 years of his life my Great Dane Cupcake was healthy and I had no reason to use the insurance. For these past five years he has been sick long term and Embrace has paid all his bills. Thank God, I could have never afforded those bills on my own. Thank You Embrace

Very helpful. The app makes it so much easier to submit invoices, and the insurance adjustors on the other end know their business really well. Very detailed breakdown of what was covered in the invoice and what wasn't. Payment is very swift. Can't recommend Trupanion highly enough for pet insurance! They are simply the best pet insurance company out there!

Exceeded expectations!
I have now submitted claims to Trupanion twice in just over a year. In each case, communication was clear and claims were processed faster than I would have reasonably expected. Payment amounts were as I expected and in my bank account four days after surgery. A great experience.
