It was my first claim. I was able to file everything conveniently and the communication re the timing of refund was appreciated as the first claim can take a bit longer. A great experience overall when dealing with a sick pet!

Trumpanion there through thick and thin.
Marty is an old dog, now. He has some possibly serious problems, including a tumor on his foot. The groomer caught them. Thanks to Trumpanion, I can have xrays done and depending on the outcome, a biopsy, I presume. They may have to amputate a couple of toes. The Discussion has to take place.

Ongoing follow-up coverage!
My vet submitted a claim for blood work to monitor an issue that my pup Peep had been treated for last year. As a follow up on that issue, the cost was covered and I received a cheque in the mail a few days later. I've never found insurance to be so easy and worry-free.
