Having Pets Best Insurance was a huge relief when our dog broke her kneecap.

What a freak accident - in our own back yard! Our pup was running next to a retaining wall and cut the corner so tight she wacked her knee and broke her patella. 2 surgeries, walking her with a sling, having her in a splint for 7 weeks and having to get it changed every 10 days, I don't know what we would have done without Pets Best Insurance. The stress was minimized knowing we had this insurance - we could get her the best care.

Embrace-a great pet insurance

We have been Embrace members for years. All of our animals are rescues and we felt insurance was very important. We receive explanations of our claims every time we file one. Our pets have had several very expensive surgeries throughout the years and we have always been pleased with our reimbursements. Not only that but the compassion we received from the staff when we lost a pet was amazing. It made us feel like more than just a customer. We highly recommend Embrace to our friends, relatives and veterinarians as well as strangers we meet when we take our pets in to our vet clinic.

I love the confidence I have knowing if my pet has a health problem I can assure they have the best care quickly and affordably.

Andrew is doing FANTASTIC! His knee had to wait 2 months due to Covid and all his other joints were getting sore from the offloading. He is feeling so much better ALL OVER! He would chase the ducks already if he was allowed, but he has 7 more weeks on the leash. Thank you for such rapid processing of his claims as during this time it was crucial to be able to cover his fees right away.

Premium Invoices

It might help to reduce costs if you only sent one invoice for premiums about one month before the expiration date. I'm receiving three notices, the last of which usually arrives after I've already paid the premium. Also, when I get an email regarding a pending claim, it would help if the email mentioned the name of the pet as I have three cats insured with you.
