First two claims one a rash and one a cold are denied as chronic conditions.
First two claims one a rash and one a cold are denied as chronic conditions. My cat had a rash once and everyone gets colds these are not “chronic” but one time issues that resolve and can be gotten again. So far am very unimpressed with your service.
