Knowing that Nationwide will help me with the cost helps me give my dog the best care she deserves.
I have recently learned to do the online claim filing and auto payment to my bank. This is working great and saves me a lot of time. I appreciate the confirmations so that I know the claim is being processed. I am getting used to the website and can check on the claim statement when I need to. I love my dog and appreciate the help that Nationwide gives me in providing her with her prescription food and medication she needs now that she is older.

Great plan, friendly people
The plan itself covers a lot more than some other companies do. I did some research and of the 10 or so sites I saw, this one was truly the best. The lady I spoke with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.It took less than 5 minutes to set everything up and then she was patient and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed like many other call center businesses can be. All things equal, at this point, I plan on staying with them for a good long time.

Our puppy had to go to the vet for suspected intestinal issues, and the bill was over $1.5K. HealthyPaws made the process much less stressful by making the claims process simple and quick! Plus, they even checked in on our pup to make sure she was feeling better.

Amazing Service and Quick Turnaround
I love Healthy Paws! I was reluctant to get pet insurance for my puppy, Oliver, but I'm so glad that I did. My deductible was $250, so I was skeptical that I would actually need insurance, but unfortunately I've already needed to use it twice! Luckily, submitting claims on Healthy Paws is super easy and there is an incredibly quick turnaround of processing claims. Once I found out that my last emergency vet visit (puppies eat EVERYTHING) was covered, I cried out of relief! Even when the claim was reimbursed (within a week via mail, but they also have direct deposit which I did enroll in moving forward), their customer service team reached out to follow up and make sure Oliver is still doing okay! During these crazy times, I'm so grateful to know that I can rely on our puppy insurance for peace of mind and keeping Oliver safe and healthy! Thank you, Healthy Paws! 10/10 recommend.
