Get Pet Insurance, it'll save you in the long run.
I am grateful for this kind of insurance, I wish I had gotten it on my older dog. I didn't because it didn't cover anything current, she had lumps and arthritis, so I figured it wasn't worth it..Well she has Cushing's disease now and I wish I had gotten it for her back when I got it on my pup..Get insurance on your dogs..I am satisfied otherwise and ASPCA treats us great!

Knee surgery
While playing with her brother our dog sustained a torn CCL and torn Meniscus. It cost $4700 for preliminary exams, meds and surgery. After our deductible we receive reimbursement for 80% within one week of surgery.
