Excellent Customer Service Team
My claims have not been completed yet however I have had to call 3 times and had excellent service each time. The first time I could not access my account and had a claim to file. Camille emailed me documents so I could manually submit the claim via email. She also sent me additional documents relating to coverage. She seemed to genuinely care about my Hanna. The next day I called again and spoke with Tammy and she took the time to review my prior call and asked how Hanna was feeling and assisted me with my questions on filing the claim. I had to call a 3rd time and spoke with Sarah and she is following up on part of my claim that was not entered. Great service!

Great pet insurance
I have used Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for many years. My previous dog had brain tumors and the tests that he had done were quite costly. Healthy Paws paid my claim without a hassle. I had such piece of mind knowing that I had insurance. I highly recommend Health Paws.

Satisfaction declining
Have been a customer for a year with Pets Best, and at first they were great—- a little expensive, but all in all, I was satisfied. In the past 6 months however, the customer service and the claims processing has grinded to a halt. What happened to fast processing of claims? You blame the pandemic for your long wait times, when people are WORKING FROM HOME. There is no excuse for a simple neuter claim taking 2-3 weeks (I was told possibly a month after waiting 45 mins to talk to someone). I pay more for my French Bulldog to be insured through your company than I do for full coverage on 2 brand new vehicles and I never wait more than 5 minutes to talk to someone at Geico. You guys need to step it up, or I won’t be renewing.

So far so good
So far, SPOT has been wonderful. We reviewed several pet insurance providers before deciding to sign up with SPOT as they cover everything (if not more) that other providers cover, for a cheaper premium. We’ve had one incident with our pup since enrolling with SPOT and their claims center was very user-friendly. Once we submitted the claim, SPOT did all the work to contact our vet to compete the claim.

Trupanion has been outstanding
Trupanion has been outstanding ! We have a two year old St. Bernard that has had some medical problems. She has had a lot of tests and medical care. Thank goodness we have Trupanion. They have been excellent. So easy to put in a claim. They are super efficient and communicate clearly and immediately. It has made our stressful times with our puppy girl easier. I would recommend Trupanion highly !

Trupanion has been a doggy lifesaver
Trupanion has been a doggy lifesaver! So I have used one other pet insurance plan from a different company and after my experience with them I decided to cover my new pets with Trupanion. I had a cute maltese that I adored and bought a plan from another company without really knowing much about pet insurance at that time. Well my maltese was about 4 years old when he started to get sick and thats when I discovered his plan would only cover a small percentage of care and it maxed out at a certain amount. Long story short he got lymphoma cancer and treatment was going to be expensive for me at the time and the insurance was not going to cover much of it. Sadly I could not afford to treat my dog and he succumbed to the cancer. After going through that experience I researched for another company for my new puppy and I wanted to make sure the next company I choose would not let us down. I wanted to feel good knowing if she needed care I could get it for her. I got Trupanion for my then puppy in 2010 and we had not really needed to use them until now. She is now an older dog and has had some issues come up. She recently went to the vet ER for stomach issues and they so happen to discover she has cancer too. I called Trupanion and spoke with a rep and they said cancer treatment is covered with our plan. This made me happy because I want to give my dog a chance that I could not give my other one. So far Trupanion has been awesome! They have never given me an issue with reimbursements. My dog and I are thankful for this company! I highly recommend Trupanion!

Do not cover anything.
It's not worth it. They have yet to repay for any of my dogs visits or surgeries to remove growths and cancer. They are impossible to get on the phone.
