Great experience with Trupanion!
It was so easy to send in my claim. I just had to take a picture of the veterinarian bill and download it to the Trupanion site with a brief explanation. I was very impressed with how quickly Trupanion responded and kept me abreast of the status of my claim throughout the entire process. I received my claim payment in a very timely matter.
