First time filing a claim
The website was understandable and easy to use to file a claim. The Spot team answered all of our questions with out much of a delay. This was the first time our kitty went to the emergency vet, and we’re glad we had Spot insurance.

Very disappointed with Healthy Paws
Very disappointed with Healthy Paws. I have had a policy for my 4 cats for over 12 years at the limits I chose. A few months ago, Healthy Paws changed my plan. Coincidentally as my pets are at an age where they will begin to need more care. My plan went from $100 deductible - 10% coinsurance to $500 deductible- 30% coinsurance. This is a very unfair practice and of course, they know it is difficult to find another plan now that the pets are older. This has soured me on Healthy Paws and I would never recommend them. To me this feels like a very shady practice. :(
