Loyal Customer
For the most part Trupanion has been fantastic! I would love for annual exam to at least be partially covered. There are a few other things that I’d love to see covered as well. I’m grateful to have the coverage as I’ve been with Trupanion for 13 years!!

We are very grateful to Pet’s Best insurance! We love our dog so much, but he has definitely had many health issues and I don’t know if we would’ve been able to keep him if it weren’t for the insurance. It’s a great deal! I highly recommend it!

Streamlined claim submission making it easier now. The only thing I wish would come back is a comment field to manually enter text to explain why the claim was sent in. Payouts usually around 5 business days which is a significant improvement to prior.
