The time I spent on the phone with Peter was the best. I have been on the computer all day searching for a health insurance for my two new puppies. I have gone through so many today and filled out so much. Prudent Pet insurance company was the last one I visited and was so aggravated. But I finally found what I was looking for. Just wanted to take a moment and say thank you. I've never had pet insurance before and this process has just been smooth and painless. Insurance is something you hope you don't have to use, but I appreciate your timely review/processing/payments and making what is a difficult experience when your pet (Harper) has an injury/surgery much easier. My sweet girl is recovering from her TPLO surgery on Friday 9/17 and I just appreciate having you as a partner in her care.

Have been using Trupanion for my 2 cats…
Have been using Trupanion for my 2 cats and my bull dog for the last 1.5 years and have had a great experience so far and have had to use our insurance already. Very happy with the customer service and online portal as well.

Incredibly satisfied customer!
I renewed my dog's policy and I am very pleased with the experience. Last year when I got the original policy, I spoke with Monica and she was wonderful. I was fortunate enough to work with her again this year when doing the renewal policy. I never felt like I was being pressured into anything or that not having insurance for Tommy made me an irresponsible pet mom. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. She even remembered that my dog had major surgery and asked how he is doing. Everyone I've spoken to has been super friendly and clearly love their pets as much as I do. I also wanted to thank Jenna for all her help and time when I called with some questions earlier. Thank you all so much!
