Have had trupanion and haven’t been able to utilize the benefit until now and you really came through for my dogs cherry eye. Covered a great deal of the surgery cost and it seems to redeem the value and restored my faith in carrying rather pricey insurance for my dog. Thank you.

We chose to go with Trupanion when our kitties were only a few months old. They've had nothing major, but when they needed medical care, having Trupanion gave us peace of mind knowing that this insurance would help pay the bill. If given the choice, I would choose Trupanion again! So easy to work with and most importantly, they pay the doctor directly. No forms for us to hassle with before our doctor is paid!

Tried logging into website to file a claim and kept getting a “server error, try again later” message for an almost 2 weeks. Mailed claim docs thru email then finally able to login into website days later and said no claims so I had been filed. Downloaded and filed docs again thru website and got message that I had already filed that claim. Finally 2 days later was emailed the claim had been processed and applied to deductible. Which is fine but trying to file for 2 weeks and made to feel like I was trying to file the same claim twice is very annoying and frustrating.

Ollies's 1 Year THR Exam
A year ago, our wonderful little rescue puppy had a Total Hip Replacement ("THR"). PB was there once again to cover the vast majority of the very expensive procedure. Recently we took Ollie in for a 1 year check-up of his THR. Thankfully everything checked out great. PB covered the 1 year check-up within days of my clam submission. I cannot say enough about Pets Best and how not only have they alleviated our financial concerns but also our emotional concerns about Ollie's recovery. Many thanks to PB for aways being there for our Pets and especially little Ollie!
Make the Switch!
I recently had signed our dog up for insurance with Figo and we never got reimbursed and following the policy information, even after contacting customer support for clarification. I decided to switch to Pets Best and while it cost slightly more, we have already been reimbursed, had an easier time following and managing our policy, and submitting and tracking claims. Pets Best is a wonderful group that provides peace of mind for my dog and my wallet.
My Floor Dusters Security Blanket
My late wife had always used Trupanion, I never had any experiences except through what she always did, After she passed, I thought about dropping the insurance, I’m so grateful I didn’t, Trupanion helped me through some of the most difficult moments, Taking care of our 2 little floor dusters and making it extremely easy on my patience, I don’t think I could ever find myself having a pet without Trupanion as my security.
