We are SO grateful for the amazing support we have received from Healthy Paws. While he's been healthy most of his life, our big guy Baloo has had some serious health struggles in the last 2 years. Now he's fighting prostate cancer. Because of the Healthy Paws policy he has, we are able to tell the vets, "Please give him all the help he needs." We are also beyond impressed with the speed of claims processing. One afternoon, I paused in the vet's parking lot to submit a claim using my phone. By time I got home 2 hours later, that claim had already been processed with the reimbursement on its way to our bank account! Claims are handled quickly and sensibly. Pumpkin has been beyond extremely helpful for our family. They’ve covered so many things for us that, without them, would have been very difficult to afford. Most recently, our little girl Brooklynn (Boston Terrier) had to have 12 teeth removed and needed to see a dental specialist. The total cost came out to $5,600, and Pumpkin covered $5,000 of it. Even more impressive, the reimbursement was in our account within just 17 minutes. That level of support and speed is incredible. We’ve told many people about Pumpkin, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pet insurance.
