My question was not related to your products or services and it was just routine in nature.

I believe the issue is resolved (they missed processing an invoice), but I am waiting to get a confirmation of a claim being opened.

Thank God for ASPCA

Got this insurance cause my 1.5 year old puppy kept running out. Shortly after purchasing the plan, took my dog to the vet for swollen glands. Turned out he has lymphatic cancer. My vet,and the oncologist said it was terminal, but treatment would grant us a few more months with our puppy. If I didn't have insurance, I would never have treated him, cause the cost way over what we could afford. The cancer is now gone and oncologist is very pleased. ASPCA never questioned. All expenses have been paid with the exception of the nominal copay, considering he should not be here with us. Payment is fast and easy. Thanks to ASPCA I have my boy with our family.

The BEST Insurer EVER!

I cannot express in words how wonderful this company has been during a very stressful time. Filing claims has been a breeze and they have been extremely easy to deal with - much easier than health insurance for humans!

Great Insurance for my dog

I have happily had Embrace Insurance for almost 10 years for my dog. It is an excellent policy and working with this company is a pleasure. The claims are reviewed very quickly and fairly.

HealthyPaws is the best!

My 2 1/2 year old St.Bernard/Border Collie mix "Freya" fell off the high deck about a year ago. Other than a bloody lip - at the time - she was fine. However, upon having her teeth cleaned a couple of months ago it was noted that her upper right premolar was dead from being cracked and an abscess had developed up in the root area . The crack was from a side impact, not chewing and evidently was from the fall. While it could have been extracted this major tooth in such a young dog would have caused significant reduction in her ability to chew plus the abscess needed to be addressed. Instead the Veterinary Dental Center in Algodones, New Mexico did a root canal procedure to save the tooth plus work to address the abscess. I cannot thank HealthyPaws enough for being there and for being so prompt and easy to work with…I really wondered if this would be covered as dental is excluded unless resulting from a trauma. While this, according to the veterinarian, was clearly the result of a side impact to the tooth I suspected that the claim would be challenged. Instead, within a couple of weeks I received the notice from HealthyPaws that this claim was being paid in full at the 90% coverage I had opted for, less my $250 annual deductible! And they sent a follow-up email inquiring about how Freya was doing after the procedure. I am a true believing client of HealthyPaws for life now, for not only Freya but future pups we will get. In addition to Freya we have two older doggers (12 and 15); sadly but inevitably they will be leaving us in the not too distant future. We will be getting Freya new companions at that time and HealthyPaws will get an additional two covered pups. I won't ever be without HealthyPaws coverage for my dogs.

Easy to use, generous benefits and a personal touc

After 16 years of excellent health with our beloved cat she came down with an acute case of pancreatitis. As she was aging, and that incident cost us $6000 out of pocket, we decided to finally get insurance for her. We were concerned no provider would take us due to her age as several do not, but luckily Figo did. We were then extremely grateful when we got insurance as her health continued to decline over the next eight months, and we recently had to say goodbye to her. While Figo did not cover her existing pancreatitis, they covered everything else that happened the next 8 months. Which included chronic inflammatory bowel disease, an acute anxiety issue due to an alley cat, a urinary tract infection, a kidney tumor and finally our loss of her and the cremation process. We were reimbursed nearly all of the money of the claims we had submitted (minus a pancreatitis flare up), and only paid in a tiny fraction of that total dollar amount in monthly fees. I found the website and submission process to be easy once I figured out it would save time to always submit lab/exam notes with the invoice. The turn around time for claims processing and getting reimbursed was also surprisingly fast. On top of all of that they were incredibly empathetic, sympathetic and gracious with our loss. They made the emotionally painful process of closing the account nurturing and supportive. They even sent us a hand signed card several weeks later. Should we choose to get another furry friend in the future, we will start off with Figo from the beginning. I can't recommend them enough.

Glad I signed up.

My French Bulldog ate two nylon socks, but only one came out on its own. ASPCA paid the claim immediately and I am throwing out my socks:)
