Good and reliable reimbursement
My cat unfortunately got sick several times and was going in and out of urgent cares and the ER. I was able to get my reimbursements fairly quickly after submitting them and they helped cover the costs of the various testing my cat went through.

Amazing coverage!!!
I am honestly shocked that this has been such a good experience as working with insurance companies (for any living creature) is usually a nightmare. It is SO easy to submit claims. The claims are reviewed in a timely manner, and checks are issued if warranted. Spot doesn't make customers jump through unnecessary hoops, which is greatly appreciated. I wish I would have signed up sooner!
