Expedient service, courteous staff.

Before I signed with Petsbest I had another carrier who mostly denied my claim with unjustified explanation. Thus my change to Pest Best. This was not the case with Petsbest. Contentment with your company being GG's insurance carrier is a plus.

Embrace Did Not Pay Me!!!!!!

This insurance company does not pay the claims they promise to pay.. When they tell you they have sent a payment; they haven't. They send you stupid emails asking you if you've received your money when they know for sure that you haven't been paid. Once again, trust absolutely nobody.. Do not place your trust in these disgusting liars.. They embrace only themselves and your money.. When you have a claim, it will not be paid in a timely manner, or it will not be paid at all... I hate these people. You will too..

Covered my dogs foxtail surgery

So glad I have embrace. They were able to cover 80% of my beautiful Shar-Pei Igors surgery. He had to get some of those nasty weed plants surgically removed from his paws, poor baby was in pain and they were also able to cover his medication. His bill came out to $1200 and they were able to reimburse me $723 (Knowing that I live in California this is amazing) . Although, the only con was that they took almost a month trying to reimburse me and kept telling me that they had to do more research into Igor's health history when I had thought they already have his medical history since they do ask you to provide his health history upon the first few weeks of having Embrace. But all in all, I LOVE EMBRACE THEY ARE A GREAT WORKING TEAM AND ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PAL! Promise they will always take the time to listen and try to solve every problem you are having with your pet's health. Igor and I thank you Embrace for covering his medical bills.

Excellent customer service

My Lab has had vomiting spells and has had to have many X-rays and an ultrasound to discover the cause of his illness. Embrace has handled all of his claims promptly. They are excellent in customer service and pay claims quickly. Very pleased with them.

Fast service

This is our first experience with pet insurance and I believe we made the best choice going with Embrace. We met our deductible fairly quickly (unfortunately) and once the claims were submitted, we were reimbursed very soon after. As someone else stated, Embrace is not the cheapest coverage but I believe it is the best and the customer service is excellent.

Excellent Choice for Pet Insurance

I read a lot before deciding to go with Embrace, and I can honestly say that I am glad I did. I read reviews from other companies where claims were denied or took unreasonable amounts of time to be reimbursed. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Embrace. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes, and has had several other related medical complications over the past almost year. I have submitted quite a few claims, and not only was the process simple, but the claims were paid quickly into my bank, and the customer service has been excellent. I am so happy to have confidence in the insurance company I chose.

So far, so good

As most animal owners out there our animals are our pride and joy. so when it comes to health insurance for them, why would you treat them any different than your children? Although I see mixed reviews on the internet; Embrace has been nothing but helpful to me and my dog. I do spend more than most people but I would pay any price to know my animal is in good hands. I have not received any issues and Embrace has reimbursed me for almost every claim I've submitted. Be sure to read and chose your plan carefully. Everything is explained thoroughly when choosing your plan and if you have any questions their staff has gone above and beyond to help solve all of my questions and concerns.

This is my second dog with issues; thank goodness we have Trupanion! First was Male/Shiloh Shepherd with ACL (both knees) surgeries. Long, tedious recoveries, but, thanks to Trupanion, no worries about the cost. Now our Female Shiloh has been diagnosed with Pannus. She's only 4 and it was really difficult to hear such a diagnosis. Again, thanks to Trupanion, our concerns are only about her health, not financial.
