Takes to much time to process claims and they can never give you accurate information needed about a claim. It’s been over the 4- 6 week period and over a 30 day period. Seems that they are constantly being behind and can never catch up on their work

Rookie's Recovery and Healthy Paws
Over the last six months our Labradoodle was experiencing health issues difficult to diagnosis. After hospitalization, lab tests and seeing specialists for more tests, our dog, Rookie, was finally diagnosed. With a diet change and daily medication, he is his old self again.
