Greatest customer service
Monica was the representative who helped me understand how the plan I chose and she was absolutely wonderful. I got several quotes online, but Prudent was the only company who reached out to me personally. She wasn't pushy or try to guilt me into getting insurance. She wanted to know a little more about Tommy besides the medical information. She explained the policy thoroughly and answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied with the customer service and truly feel like I made the right choice for Tommy. Thank you, Monica!

Amazing service would recommend to any pet parent!

Embrace insurance has saved me lots of money, lately.
For years I have paid monthly, but since my cats were healthy, didn't get much back(except well cat charges), but it seems that once they hit 11 years old, things got serious. I'm glad they were signed up for this insurance when they were kittens! If it weren't for Embrace, I would have a bill that would take a while to pay. Embrace never argues, they pay the bill cheerfully and I haven't had to make any dreaded decisions because of money. Thanks Embrace.

Do NOT buy this insurance for your PUPPY! I paid 94$ a month for my 3 month old puppy and the first time I used it they denied my 700$ cardiac assessment! What a waste of my money! Do not waste yours!

The unexpected happened to our beloved…
The unexpected happened to our beloved 8 yr old Murphy... he was diagnosed with a particularly nasty and aggressive bone cancer with a very low survival rate. Don’t be sad because we had great insurance! We were able to act swiftly (very important to increase his survival chances) and start chemo right away after surgery. Trupanion has NO HOOPS TO JUMP THROUGH! Murphy is cancer free at his last 2x yearly checkup too. Best insurance out there and I thank God we had it for him since the day we adopted him.

Hartville Pet Insurance places a high premium on value and creating an environment where there is an ease to doing business.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Loretta today. She works for Hartville Pet Insurance and is very good at what she does. She appears to really enjoy working for Hartville and speaks honestly and enthusiastically about the company's pet insurance program through her own experience with her dog and cat. She was a tremendous help and really gave the situation the attention it merited. I would highly recommend calling Hartville and asking to speak with Loretta; you will not be disappointed.
