Had trouble processing claims e-mailed from our Vet, switched over to Direct Deposit and still waiting for a claim that was supposed to be processed first but a second one came first !

I wish that for what I pay every month the visit to the vet would be covered for the full amount minus the deductible. It is a little deceiving on how much of the total bill is covered.

My vet faxes the bill to Trupanion. As soon as they receive it, I receive an email saying they have received and are reviewing the claim. Within several days the money is in my checking account. I couldn’t be more pleased.
