You guys are amazing—good customer service is rare these days, but I have never been disappointed in the service I have received when I’ve called you. Also, you cover everything! If not for Trupanion, either my 17-year old kitty, Shadoe, would no longer be here or I would be tens of thousands of dollars in debt! I’m so glad I signed her up when I did!! Plus, the card I received when we lost her adoptive brother quite suddenly a few years ago meant the world to me, especially because the vet’s office we used at the time was so cold to us.,

We had one of our dogs go through Lymphoma and because of Trupanion we were able to afford the chemo treatments and were blessed with almost 2 extra years with him.

The claims process was quick and easy, and we never had to worry about anything. We are so grateful to have had the coverage, and will never go without. It's also covered different surgeries as well.
