The worst company ever to Insure your…
The worst company ever to Insure your pet with. They love the term PRE-EXISTING.... They will take weeks to dig up the entire history of your pet so they do not pay the bills. Even if your dog in ONLY 10 months old they will say she had a PRE-EXISTING CONDITION.... wow!!

Every Pet needs Healthy Paws
Our pup got his paws on a bouncy ball and suddenly was in urgent need of emergency surgery to remove it. The costs were astronomical to us. Without healthy paws insurance, it would have been a financial struggle to save our beloved pup. We filed our claim from the parking lot and within a few days, we received reimbursement to cover a huge amount of the costs. We will forever be a healthy paws fan!

We enrolled when we got our terrier-mix rescue pup in 2013, and have had enough opportunity to benefit from having the coverage that we can say it’s excellent in every respect: multiple ways to tailor the coverage to your particular needs and wallet; easy claims filing online; clear explanations of what is and isn’t covered; fair pricing for coverage (our premium even went down one year!); speedy direct deposit of benefits to our checking account; responsive customer service when we’ve had questions; easily found information on the website - all of it is superbly well done. Quick processing even during the pandemic!
I am a long time customer, since 2009 originally. Prior to the pandemic, claims were paid super quick, in about a week in some cases. At the beginning of the pandemic, it took almost a month for one of my claims. But I am very happy this month (Feb 2021), that my current claim was processed and paid in less than 2 weeks! Right when I needed it most (as my unemployment extension claim has been held up for 2 months). Thank you Pet's Best, for your continued great customer service! I recently referred a friend who is happy to be a customer now too!

So thankful for Healthy Paws Insurance!
My dog, Brad, just recently had to undergo an emergency surgery. It was a very stressful time for him and myself. As we all know, emergency departments for pets can be very expensive. The whole process of his surgery and recovery was made easier with the reassurance I would be reimbursed for his visit and surgery! The company even reached out to check and make sure Brad was doing okay after his operation. I was reimbursed within a week of his surgery.
