So thankful
Our little baby recently started having bowel movements containing blood late at night and didn’t seem herself. I called our local ER who suggested we bring her in. They were worried about an obstruction, if she had eaten something dangerous or even a rare disorder but it all had to be ruled out. A lot of tests and medications later and one very expensive bill, I was extremely stressed given Christmas was two weeks away. Within one week, TruPanion had reviewed my claim and reimbursed me almost all of the cost minus a small portion. I am so grateful for this company and the protection they offer my dog. Thank you.

Crazy long processing time & little coverage
After I submitted a claim, it took several months to receive the claim status / explanation of benefits. To top it off, after waiting all that time for the claim to be processed, almost nothing was covered.

The most efficient and best pet health insurance around!!
I purchased health insurance for my pet when I first adopted her. I have made two claims to Healthy Paws in the last 6 months as Rory required two ACL repairs. The first claim was a little more time-consuming as HP wanted all of Rory's records since she was adopted by my family. Once all of this was established the company sent me a check within the week. The second claim was made and again, their check was received within the week. Healthy Paws is an amazing company.
