Never again
For the amount of money I pay every month for this insurance, Pets Best is very selective with what they reimburse. I wish I would have went with another company a long time ago. I am canceling my account now after my last claim was denied.

GREAT service
GREAT service. Prompt response, excellent coverage. Straightforward and easy to use. With a Labrador who is very active and curious, the insurance was well worth it as she grew up. Now that she has been diagnosed with Addison's disease at age 5, she will need meds for the rest of her life, and we are doubly glad we have Embrace.

Claims taking too long to process
I have been very satisfied with Petsbest service in the past. However, the last two claims have taken over a month and I feel that is too long. Thank god my claims were for $46 and $500 not $1000's. Please speed up the process.
