Quick and easy.
My dog Berkley had a mild laceration in his right eye and was scratching a lot. So I took him to the vet immediately and had him checked up and they did an ear cytological test and it turns out he also had ear infection in both ears. So they prescribed eye meds, ear meds and something for the pain. The vet tech ran the invoice through Trupanion and immediately I received a text message and an email message letting me know what was covered and what not. I only had to pay a little over $20. Great! Very pleased! Went home to take care of my pup an pamper him.

Unhappy first experience sadly.
I was a little disappointed that they didn't cover the exam fee for the emergency it's a requirement I can't self diagnose. It was very disappointing.
