Originally I was leery about pet insurance, but after being “burned” from not having it with my last furry family member, I thought I would give it a try. I have to admit I’m a happy Embrace customer and I have had no problem with any of my claims to date. Embrace does what they say they will do. I give all my friends and family the same advice, INSURE YOUR PET ASAP!

I have a 4 year old Australian Shepherd and he had an ear infection before I bought insurance through Embrace. Because of this ear infection it is now being called a pre-existing condition not coverable any time through this insurance and he had a skin rash recently after we had insurance for over a year that required veterinary care and that was lumped with the ear infection and considered a pre-existing condition but the rash happened during the policy period. Really is my dog the only one that gets an ear infection and allowed only one in his lifetime or one rash and then it is considered a pre-existing condition.

It was my first time getting pet insurance, and at some point I didn't have the correct information for the file. This company went above and beyond to complete the file. Any time I had a claim, it was refunded within a few days. Their customer service representatives are amazing!

Our golden doodle is now 2 .5 years old. She has had Pets Best since the day we got her, which is approx. 3 months of age. Never being a dog owner combined with her being a mixed breed made me a bit concerned about potential health issues - I just did not know what to expect.
