The problem I had was dates of surgery…
The problem I had was dates of surgery and release date of my dog's surgery. The dates didn't match, the reason was the surgery date was on the 3rd his release date was the 4th. This created a problem so I had to call customer service, they called emergency vet and it was straight immediately.

I love Healthy Paws Pet Insurance!!! One of my dogs ended up with a cruciate ligament tear and has had multiple vet visits. Healthy Paws was fantastic every step of the way and I could not have done it without them!! I highly recommend.

We are SO grateful for the amazing…
We are SO grateful for the amazing support we have received from Healthy Paws. While he's been healthy most of his life, our big guy Baloo has had some serious health struggles in the last 2 years. Now he's fighting prostate cancer. Because of the Healthy Paws policy he has, we are able to tell the vets, "Please give him all the help he needs." We are also beyond impressed with the speed of claims processing. One afternoon, I paused in the vet's parking lot to submit a claim using my phone. By time I got home 2 hours later, that claim had already been processed with the reimbursement on its way to our bank account! Claims are handled quickly and sensibly. Highly recommend Healthy Paws as a partner in keeping your beloved animal friends healthy and providing the best possible care.
