Easy peazy!
So of course it was nice that I saved some money and got my dog the care he needed, but honestly it was just so nice that it was INSANELY EASY to use! I didn't have to do anything and got email and text updates the whole way. It was such a relief to have just one fewer thing to Deal with. Seriously cannot recommend enough

This company is AMAZING
This company is AMAZING! They have helped me SO very much with two of my dogs in particular, who have suffered from tick borne illness and one from a fungal infection. They have paid claims for all treatments and diagnostic testing that has essentially saved me from having to make difficult decisions - they are a life saver and I could not imagine having any other company on my side. All 5 of my dogs are currently insured with them and I would not have it any other way! Thank you!

Wow, awesome service!
Trupanion lived up to its reputation and then some! A “first claim” took 3 and 4 days to process (I submitted two separate invoices). I have used a different pet insurance company in the past and the level of Trupanion’s service is incomparable! Trupanion is such a refreshing company to deal with - from their agents on the telephone to the people behind the scenes processing claims. I cannot thank you enough for making the process so easy for me - I uploaded an electronic copy of the invoices online - and within days had an received an email detailing the “outcome” of my claim. Very impressed.

When life gives you lemons… get Lemonade Insurance
I love this insurance! They offer great benefits for a lower rate than a lot of competitors specifically for what I was looking for. I feel good knowing my dog is protected from any accidents but also it helps with the general wellness items as well. They are super friendly and helpful and claims are easy to make through the app without need for additional assistance. I would recommend to everyone.

The easiest and best pet insurance
This is the best pet insurance - simple to understand plans, excellent customer service, the quickest and easiest claim system - application approval with in a week and reimbursement within 2-3 weeks. I have claimed twice in the last 5 years and each time I was so grateful to have this insurance to help give me peace of mind in providing good care for my cat and knowing that the insurance process would be simple and easy. I highly recommend this insurance - it is worth it.
