Peace of Mind
Have not had the opportunity to use the insurance as of yet but still feel peace of mind that we have it. The only problem so far is that I keep getting e-mails telling me to register for the Member Center and when I try to do that it tells me I am already registered. Not sure if I am or not.

Nearly perfect pet insurance
We purchased pet insurance for our 3-year-old English Setter just in case anything happened. So far all claims that we submitted were quickly dealt with either reimbursement of money or reasoning as to why we're not reimbursed. They are very responsive and quick which is great. I did not give them a perfect score as I do not recall them indicating that preexisting conditions were not covered so I was a bit surprised that they did not reimburse some items that we requested get treated.

Easy to Manage
Overall very easy to submit and manage claims. Processing times sometimes can take ~15 days. Disputing an existing claim (what is covered and what is not) seems to be an issue. I've reached out via email and I was completely ignored, but apart from that, very happy with it.
