All my questions have been answered thoroughly and any worries have been reassured. One of the things I like most about your company is that I always get a human being to talk to they know who I am and my pets name. My dog Lucy has been having a lot of problems lately and I was worried because I was sending in so many claims. But the lady that answered the phone was sympathetic and asked how Lucy was doing and told me not to worry explained what was covered and what wasn’t. I always recommend you to anybody that I know has a pet or is getting one. These days it’s really hard to get good customer service . I’d say you and Amazon have been my best experiences this year!
