Best decision getting dogs insured with Fetch
When I got our first dog, I did tons of research. I am in a business where reading small prints is routine. So I did. PetPlan (now Fetch) was the best option for me as it allowed to customize your coverage and the deductible wasn’t per-case but annual. The last part of huge. Consider most visits are new cases, especially when dog is young, you will constantly be in new deductible field. Now, you have to make sure you do your part to have a smooth experience. I had my dog checked right after she joint the family and had letter from vet certifying that she was completely healthy. Then, make sure to have regular check ups and all vaccines. First time we had to deal with large bill, when she was bitten by a raccoon, I was concerned - will insurance make problems? After I submitted the claim, I waited, and then phone rang. It was insurance. Great, I thought. What now? Well, they called to check on dog and to tell me that they have sent out the cheque! What ?!!!! Now I have two dogs. Both are insured with Fetch. I am so happy with my choice 5 years ago that I talk about insurance to other dog owners and had two switching their insurance to Fetch. Thank you guys. You are going fine job !

A Huge Help!
After huge vet bills for my previous Goldens, I made sure both of my Golden Retrievers were covered as soon as they were legal. At 1 1/2 one of them came down with Myasthenia Gravis. Having Trupanion made a huge difference in our initial and continuing health regime costs. It was a little intimidating in the beginning filing all the claims, but it is now a 2 step process and they quickly respond to whether the claim will be paid, and the reason if not.

Thanks for saving her life again. This is the 4th major incident
Never have we had a pet with as many complications in her health as Patches. 2 major surgeries bowel obstructions, 1 life threatening systemic infections, and now a partial bowel obstruction. Your company is amazing and so prompt with their response to our claims. We adore our pup and two days without her led to 4 people missing her terribly. We cannot express our gratitude enough.

Easy to submit claim. Wish review process was quicker. Was definitely quicker than my first time submitting a claim, though, with better communication as well. Overall a much better experience than my first claim.

Petplan, now Fetch honors all the payments according to our policy. After deductible, they pay 80 % of all our Max's medical expenses. Easy to do the claim. Fast answers to claims and prompt actions. Very satisfied with the services and assistance.
