Our male Aussie was rushed too the emergency clinic for a splenectomy due to hemangiosarcoma cancer and is facing expensive and intensive treatment options, such as chemotherapy. Without embrace, who handles our claims fast and professionally, we would not be able to focus on the most important aspect, which is taking care of Moe and ourselves. On this emotional rollercoaster it’s nice to have embrace on our side. Thank you for that. Getting pet insurance was one of the smarter things I have done so far. To date my bills have amounted to $6,500 and embrace has kept their promise for 80% on their part after the $500 deductible! What a relief.

It amazes us that when you mention that our pet had a procedure the first words out of their mouths is "how much did that cost you!". Beside, that it is none of their business, we always reply that we have Nationwide Pet Insurance that is incredible.

We have been with Embrace for almost 8 years. My Tiny Toy Poodle had a lot of health issues including detached retinas in her eyes with continued eye problems, luxated hips which resulted in a Femoral Head Ostectomy and a heart murmur which has resulted in congestive heart disease. Embrace has covered her medical expenses which has allowed her a quality life and given us years of enjoyment with her. She is our baby even at 10-1/2 years old and we love her dearly. I did a lot of research to find a good pet insurance company. In the end, I decided on Healthy Paws. This company seemed to have great coverage at a reasonable price. The percentage of reimbursement and the annual deductible can be tailored to your liking. I chose a 90% reimbursement with a $100 annual deductible. The bad news: I had to use this policy because my young dog (under 2 years old) tore ligaments in both knees. So far, one surgery has been completed with the other scheduled in a few weeks. The cost for the first leg operation cost about $5,000 with the second costing roughly the same. The good news: My dog is covered by Healthy Paws. I was very skeptical to see what actually would be covered, but was greatly and happily surprised that they covered everything. I took a picture of the entire bill with my phone using the Healthy Paws App. That’s it! The check is in the mail! In addition, every time I called, the people (real live people) who answered where extremely helpful and nice. What a great company!

Nationwide is a great, they make everything easy to do, and in less than three weeks after submitting my claim I had my funds transferred into our bank account. I wouldn't look any place else for pet insurance.

We decided to get Embrace while our dog was healthy "just in case." It turned out at age 6 Hollywood needed multiple visits to an Opthamologist and then eye surgery. Embrace covered everything 80%. FIling claims is as easy as an attached photo in an email with an explanation, and funds are reimbursed into your bank account. Also, the customer service via phone is EXCELLENT!

Very good insurance company providing great help with costs of vet visits n treatment. They process and pay on claims in a very timely way. We are very happy that we purchased this policy

My french bulldog developed an allergy to grass and carpet. He needs to be on allergy pills everyday . The cost of these pills is high. This insurance reimburses me every time I need to purchase his pills. They are fast and prompt about refunding and I have never had a problem ever with them. Love Nationwide !
