Reimbursement is a f%#*!?g joke
Reimbursement is a literal joke. Seems like premiums have gone through the roof but what they cover has significantly decreased. But it’s insurance. Their job is to make as much money as possible, nothing else.

I am newer to pet insurance and Many Pets. But after a lot of research done in 2020 I am so glad we landed on Many Pets in 2021 for our dog Lily's insurance. Entering a claim is very easy along with receiving reimbursement. We have recommended Many Pets to a lot of people.

Trupanion is the most efficient, honest, responsive company I've ever dealt with. They have people available 24/7 by phone and most times they pay my claim within literally minutes of submitting it. Who does that?! And they always ask about my pet, they use her name .. they listen and empathize. I love this company. I've been able to take the best care available of my little dog because Trupanion honors its policies and commitment.

We signed up with Trupanion because of a serious spinal injury to our previous 15 year old Schnauzer for which we were facing about $10000 in surgery related out-of-pocket expenses.
We signed up with Trupanion because of a serious spinal injury to our previous 15 year old Schnauzer for which we were facing about $10,000 in surgery related out-of-pocket expenses. After she passed, we acquired our two Labradoodles about 5 ½ years ago. We signed up with Trupanion after deciding it was well worth the monthly premiums to insure against the cost of possible catastrophic injuries, illnesses, or conditions. After incurring the cost of two procedures to remove tumor growths from one of our doodles, we decided to process a claim. I contacted Trupanion staff a couple of times before submitting our claim. They were both extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. And, the both encouraged me to submit claims for all of our expenses, even though most had occurred over the 5 years we have had our doodles. We are very pleased with the manner by which our claims were evaluated and the results.
