loyal trupanion customer 15+ yrs
I have been a loyal trupanion customer for over 15 years with multiple pets. Comparatively speaking it is more costly however you pay for quality and consistency to pay claims quickly they have never denied any claim I have filed and they have easily saved me prob over 25 k over the years so yes you pay for what you get I absolutely love that their deductible is per CONDITION not per incident so once you meet that deductible you met it for life. I also love how it will cover breed specific common conditions as long as they are not preexisting and they will cover medications. My late pekingese was on medication for chronic obstructive lung disease for six years every single month helped with those cost. I also love that they will give you a prior authorization BEFORE you shell out a ridiculous amount of money and you can count on them to follow through and reimburse you so that gives you peace of mind that they truly have your back and you can rely on that

My initial phone call to Embrace to my customer service representative was impressive. She display great empathy for my situation and put me at ease, excellent communications and checks for understanding me and the procedures/process I needed to follow. I would hire this person to represent me!

More than a dog , they are our fur baby
My golden retriever Aurora was diagnosed with a heart condition. Thanks to trupanion I was able to get all the tests and treatment that she needs. She had to go through a few trials of different mediations until they were able to find one that worked. This was a very stressful period, but thankfully, her vet bills were not one of the stresses. Always got a friendly and helpful rep anytime i called with any questions who were super helpful. My Aurora will be getting a little puppy brother this fall and you can bet he will be added to trupanion. They understand that it’s more than a dog they are our fur babies

Don't get scammed with this shameful…
Don't get scammed with this shameful company, find dmore known and reputable insurance for your pets, IF you need to get one. I didn't have time to search and compare, so I signed up and graded my package to cover for my cats spayed. It came out to $500, but they only covered $40. I called to ask for details, but all she said was yea~yea~ its unfortunate, I'm so sorry, but unfortunately that's the coverage. She just repeats 'yea~unfortunately, yea~ yea~ unfortunately that's all it covers" like a broken radio! True pilot review looks fake, do a little research, you can see how bad this company is with similar stories as mine, that with Any package you choose, they pretty much cover NOTHING for your pet. It's no use having an insurance, its better to pay out of pocket for once every few months visits for kitties and 1 or 2 visits per year for grown pets. Getting my kitty spayed cost close to $500, this insurance WITH spayed coverage, covers $40 from total, $40 dollars. This is not a typo, I didn't miss another '0' at the end of $40. Useless and a waist of time with this company. Customer rep also sucked, Really, if you don't want to stress with nonsense, just look else where, Prudent pet insurance is time waisted, money waisted!!

If you are expecting any type of payment for heartworm medication, allergies, ear infection or just an exam, get ready to jump through hoops. Save your money and just pay out of pocket. This insurance just collects your money and wants you to fight to get a claim approved. What a scam!

Once again, Pumpkin’s blazing speed in processing my claim was amazing! I filed the claim on August 10th (a Sunday night), the money was in my bank account on Wednesday morning!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. To say their customer service is terrible would be a massive understatement. When I expressed dissatisfaction and asked for a survey, I had to contact them four different times. They “sent” it four times—none of which ever worked. An agent even joked that I could tell her my complaints and she’d “pass them along.” Obviously, when you’re unhappy, they make sure you never actually get the survey. Out of curiosity, I later asked them a question pretending to be a satisfied customer—on the fifth contact—and suddenly the survey magically appeared. This company is shady, manipulative, and dishonest. They flat-out lied, claiming they can’t cancel policies over the phone because of “Colorado law.” That is pure nonsense. Fetch Pet Insurance will waste your time, dodge accountability, and bend the truth to suit themselves. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
