This is still my first year with sonnet…
This is still my first year with sonnet but so far they are the best insurance company with the best rates and good reliable customer service. I highly recommend them and I have recommended to anyone I’ve talked to about insurance to switch to sonnet.
One year ago, we made the worst decision to join Sonnet's clientele when we purchased our policies with them. The servers at Sonnet that handle our data did not download that correctly, and now we've had the utmost difficulty getting their technical team to look at it. However, we felt that our concerns were dismissed by the agent that served us, who was adamant about having our proof of experience before they could even escalate it to higher-ups for review. Also, the agent said, that since it was requested and until we provide it, it's going to be a pointless matter to pursue, and a manager would take 3-5 business days to respond and act on it if we're lucky. So much for keeping your clients happy.
If you value your time and money, go somewhere else.
Beyond disappointed with this company. I’ve literally gone through hell and back this past year being in the serving industry during covid. I have tried to work with many agents over the entire time for payments and such as I was getting aid from government but it was never set times of the month. Each time I reached out to work a payment plan out or move the date, I was told everything was too automated and no help could be done. Therefor insurance got suspended due to third missed payment (took out on wrong day again) and when they tried to take remainder of policy out of my account without my knowledge it bounced and automatically sent to collections. Amazing work sonnet thank you so much for your help and cooperation. Not.
hi i was insured with you for a year and it was great untill i went to renew and could not,no not because of any missed payments its becaus your mickey mouses baby system wouldnt let me.apparently i was suppose to renew online beforehand and some drughead agent said i couldnt so i went with allstate and it seems to have much better coverages
