Double billed my insurance one month
Double billed my insurance one month, could never get ahold of anyone to get it corrected after multiple call back requests and online chat support. Apparently this a common thing with this company from many friends who also held policies with Sonnet.
All in all it was good while it lasted but would not recommend these guys. As soon as something goes wrong it is radio silence from them
Just called to place a home insurance claim after heavy rain storm that washed out driveways and roads in our community. This is our first time dealing with insurance and not knowing what to expect or what to do before the process was much easier than I expected. Not sure of the outcome yet so I can’t comment on that but so far so good.
