Great prices and great customer service. I had a windshield claim sonnet took care of it with a 5 minute call next day new one was installed.

My tenant insurance premium was jacked…
My tenant insurance premium was jacked up way HIGH without any particular reason. Didn't had any claim or anyting. Thats why I left as far as I recall. The company I got it from later on was almost $20 less than Sonnet. It might be your pricing strategy to grab new customers, but truly breaks trust to deal with the company after 1 year. At least for me, I do not think I will ever get involved with Sonnet again.. had to rush and look for a new insurance provided in the second year. It was annoying. Other than that i was happy the one year i was with Sonnet. No problem.

no longer involved in condo insurance market
experience is great, customer service hotline staff is professional. It's too bad they stop covering condo/apartment insurance.
