Website and service is easy to understand and affordable. I hardly driven my car as i always work from home. This is a reasonable insurance for me.

You get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. I have a no fault claim where Sonnet was to refund me for child's car seats, as I was rear-ended very hard and they had to be replaced. It's been over two months and I haven't heard anything. I've followed up with my adjuster twice with no response. While the rates are cheap the customer service is as bad as it gets.
