I have sent several emails and had online chats regarding "collusion forgiveness for my husband Seshadri Hariharan. A letter from TD insurance was sent as required. I am no getting any response from you on this.
This is a warning - do NOT use Sonnet PLEASE.
Here's why:
3 years in a row they have neglected to renew my policy correctly resulting in me driving without insurance without my knowledge. I'd love to learn more about the legality of Sonnet who does not notify their customers when they cancel customers' policies? Please note I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB - hopefully, Sonnet takes this case seriously now.
This is feedback for senior-level management, not the people in customer service cleaning up your mess. What kind of large company doesn't have a proper email system? How can you blame the same mistake 3 years in a row? It's time to invest in a proper CRM and automation system so you are actually taking care of your customers instead of screwing them over.
I tried contacting Sonnet via Live Chat (was down all day yesterday due to a 'technical difficulty')
I tried logging into my account - text code wouldn't send through - no other method to log in.
I tried submitting a contact us form on your website and received an error message "Sorry something went wrong please try again".
I tried calling 5 times, each time I waited 25 minutes+ to speak with someone. Was hung up on, then had to hang up myself 3 times as my lunch at work ran out. On the 5th call, I spoke to someone who told me it was a "technical glitch" on their end.
I was told I still have insurance coverage should I get into an accident or be pulled over. Not too sure how that would work with NO proof whatsoever of insurance and expired slips. Please note the person I spoke with on the phone did his VERY best to fix this issue.
At this time due to my policy renewal date being past I no longer have the option to shop around and ensure I'm getting a good rate. And if the Sonnet rate is too high ($220 a month with no tickets and no accidents on a full G driver 7+years lol) then I'm stuck with it or I have to buy out of my policy!
Thank you for the non-existent options and completely unacceptable customer service.
You should be ashamed and I hope this feedback gets to some senior-level managers. Stop making your entry-level employees managing your chat, site contact us submissions, social media, and customer service line clean up after YOUR mistakes and lack of business understanding.

Couldnt get a quote for my second car without giving some infos that I dont already have like serial number. Car is reserved at dealer but not delivered yet.
