Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Over all I am happy with Sonnet Insurance. I use them to insure a rental property. I do find their product offering limiting though. It would be nice if they insured rental properties greater then 4,000 sqft.

You guys are awesome! It doesn’t take too long to get coverage and I can do it in the comfort of my home.

Great prices, but good luck getting tech support to solve issues - their "customer service heroes" (as they call them) ask you 10 minutes worth of security questions, and take 20 minutes to tell you to delete your browser cache, just to finally tell you that an entirely different division does tech support, and they can't be reached directly, and you must wait an indeterminate amount of business days for a callback. I eventually devised a possible workaround to my own issues and had to convince one of the representatives over the phone to help me implement it, and luckily it worked.

This company takes care of its customers. Plain and simple, Sonnet actually cares about an individual, an actual human being, who needs help, who needs insurance, who may need a second chance. I am so grateful to have found Sonnet.
