[Likes] Quote was given online right away. Not like other companies that I had to talk to someone on the phone. [Dislikes] -I was not able to save a several different scenarios quote. I had to re-do everything when I wanted to change some conditions. -There were too many follow up phone calls

Not happy

This company has the worst customer service..I've been trying to sign up my shift account and am having trouble so I reached out ralked to a rep who said she'd figure it out and call me back but never did..and while I was waiting your company changed the email address I used to one I don't use and now I cant get into my account at all..I'm super frustrated!!!

Excellent customer service

The customer service I have received whenever I have needed to contact an agent has been outstanding. The willingness to help deal with whatever issue I have had at the time has been a super pleasant experience. I have come away from that phone call satisfied with the end result.
