The customer service and how quickly and easy the app is to use. Highly recommend to anyone that is paying too much for car insurance.

Many upgrades to consider to have a better service
App goes out of service, having a gps on your phone counts as being on you phone, no option to set a recurring route as other transit (I take the bus everyday, same route, but there’s no way to differentiate being a passenger in a car or in you car or in a bus). Many things that are frustrating.
