I purchased auto insurance in Aug 2025…
I purchased auto insurance in Aug 2025 for my brand new car. But,
They put me in misrepresentations accusing me of using uber. Funny part is uber is not even available in my town. I was an uber driver last year but never drove or signed up on my new car which I bought in Aug 2025.
Now I can neither buy a new policy, as two other companies denied me services because of misrepresentation caused by Sonnet and I am tired of asking any evidence or SS of their system which shows such reason but they failed to provide any.
On their suggestion, I tried to contact uber several times waiting in their holds for hours, to provide me a letter or anything showing that I have never used my new car on their platform but unfortunately they also are not providing me anything like this due to their policies.
Sonnet Insurance was my biggest mistake, they put on a spot where i can neither buy a new auto policy nor their customer services is ready to help me in any way.
Please stay away from Sonnet Insurance. My brand new car is parked in my driveway which I can not drive because of them.

Their customer services only suggests to email them on help@sonnet and revert on the email asks me to call their customer services. I am in this loop of inconvenience. Please stay away.
