Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

Maybe if they want to actually help me resolve my issue then I would have some remorse. But this is by far the worst insurance company. I cancelled my insurance and NO WHERE in writing does it state that it will take 10 business days for the bank to be notified and fully stop the payments. As a result, I was charged for the month still along with a NSF from my bank as I was not aware of this payment. Not only that, but they REATTEMPTED AGAIN, after speaking with one of their agents, he did not ONCE mention that they would try again. If he did, then I would definitely have those funds ready this time. But nope, they tried again and I was then charged with yet another NSF from my bank, and on top of that Sonnet is now trying to charge me $90. After all this hassle, they have been no help what so ever. My money has been taken left and right, without ANY notice. Beware of all the fake AI reviews. Go with Belaire Direct or ANY other company.

The 1 star ratings are being very generous. I don’t have time to write a detailed review because I need to use my morning trying to get re insured after they cancelled my policy. All started with having my wallet stolen and had to cancel my credit card. Called them and explained. They told me everything is decided by computer. Cascading customer support failures and misinformation given at every turn. Avoid this company at all costs.

This company starts off great then hits you year after year with no explanation or valid reasons for rate increase. No tickets, no accidents, the auto response is generic nonsense.

Sonnet Insurance is a very user friendly experience from getting started, creating your insurance package for what you need or require for all your insurance needs whether it be for your home or your car. They even have insurance for your pets as well. I find all to be incredible. Going back to it being user friendly, once you have made your decision, make a payment, schedule your due dates, the app is also very user friendly.
