Very good customer service , and excellent on line service

I just had a simple request, to correct my email address. It was very simply corrected after it was kindly and professionally explained that this is a change I need to make myself inside my account. I am easily confused sometimes by the layout of different pages, but once Arya pointed the path, it was embarrassingly simple.

The ‘new to me’ customer service person/s now answering the phone. Tremendous improvement. Completely satisfied. I was working for about 30 years Personal Property and Automobile insurance. I knew what I was asking for. This takes nothing away from my most recent conversation with Hina. Thank you.

We have been with Sonnett for over 7 years and we had a claim last year. The company had us take vehicle in for appraisal which was done in a week and the car was wrote off and we receive our funds 5 days later. A very healthy payout. Unfortunately we will no longer be able to renew at end of Jan 30th as they are no longer servicing Alberta. It's unfortunate but I highly recommend them. Great rates, friendly staff, I hope we will find another company that can fill their shoes.
